Walking up from Mr. Dunbarâ€™s class on Hagafen to the Hatzionut-Hillel area – if youâ€™ve ever done it at night you may recognize these places.

A tree, which I assume was felled by a storm, was blocking the way:

Went for a walk up Hanassi, found myself walking through The Louis Promenade:

As I sat there listening to my MP3 player this orange balloon on a string wizzed past me, I managed to get a blurry shot of it before it disappeared up the mountain:

No, really. There’s an orange balloon there.

Went for a walk after breakfast. The sun was just coming up:

I have been reading a version of the Hidden Words that is illustrated with lots of very beautiful pictures of flowers, so I’ve been getting inspired to take photos of flowers:

Finished lunch early, so I went for a walk:

It was quite sunny (with a cool breeze) but the 45 minutes or so spent in the sunshine resulted in a headache all afternoon

The first of many Walk(tm) posts. These involve, yep, me walking somewhere and taking photos of the scenery en route.

The usual path at this stage is to follow Golomb up to Merkaz then walk down the steps next to De Niro café, taking around an hour. There’s a spot part of the way down that has a very nice view:
