		<description>I don&#039;t know where i got the idea that we have to bring ourselves to account in the evening, before going to sleep. And for most of us (especially sleep deprived mamas) bedtime is when you crash, when you can barely remember what you had for dinner, let alone the horrors of the day. So doing it in the morning when a few more brain cells might be functional (hopefully) is far more practical. Thanks bro!</description>
